Lee Lehman

Chris BrennanLee has a Ph.D. in Botany from Rutgers University. She is author of The Ultimate Asteroid Book (1988), Essential Dignities (1989), The Book of Rulerships (1992), Classical Astrology for Modern Living (1996), The Martial Art of Horary Astrology (2002), and a translation from the French of Papus' Astrology for Initiates. Lee is a Professor and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Kepler College, where she has been on the faculty since it opened in 2000. She served the astrological community as Research Director for NCGR from 1987-1999, as UAC Board Treasurer from 1990-1999, and as UAC Program Chair for UACs 1995 and 1998. She was the recipient of the 2008 Regulus Award for Education, and the 1995 Marc Edmund Jones Award, the first horary astrologer so honored. Along with Esoteric Technologies, Lee has created two software report writer programs written specifically for the classical astrologer: Solar Writer/Medicus, for medical questions and decumbitures; and Solar Writer/Classical, for natal delineation in the matter-of-fact style of the Renaissance astrologer. She has developed the innovative add-on to Cosmic Pattern's Sirius: Who Wins, which captures the rules of Bonatti for warfare for use in researching the outcome of sporting events. Maria Mateus

Maria MateusMaria J. Mateus is a practicing astrologer living in Austin, Texas. She was originally born in Lisbon, Portugal and has a deep interest in astrological research, history, languages, and ancient techniques. She graduated with a B.A. in psychology from the University of Texas and will soon complete a M.A. degree from Kepler College of Astrological Arts and Sciences. She has been published nationally and abroad and has lectured at astrological Conferences in the United States. Maria also serves as the ASA Director of Education and Certification.

Melanie Schlossberg

Maria MateusMelanie spent her early days in Kingston, NY looking over astrology charts with her mother on the sales floor of her family's scuba diving shop. She continued her interest in the topic while studying at Syracuse University where she gained a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Metalsmithing. It was during her progressed new moon that Melanie began to take formal astrology classes at The Astrology Institute in Boston, MA. She has completed The Astrology Institute's two year certification program in psychological and traditional astrology, as well as level 3 certification from NCGR. She has served on the board of the NCGR GulfCoast Chapter and is the coordinator of the South Texas Astrology Retreat, sponsored by the ASA. Melanie's current works includes a deep exploration of the visual sky and is working on a complete set of illustrations of the classical constellations.
